Product Introduction

For the temperature control system, an intelligent PID instrument and silicon-controlled temperature precision control are adopted to obtain higher-quality molten aluminum. Precise molten aluminum temperature, even ingredients, and lower gas content can be ensured.

The production organization is flexible. When producing different kinds of alloys, production can be carried out after replacing the crucible, and the molten aluminum is not polluted.

The temperature is even with few aluminum burning losses. The aluminum in the crucible is heated through crucible conduction, and the temperature elements are evenly distributed without local high temperatures, reducing oxidation burning losses and high-temperature volatilization, and lowering aluminum burning losses to less than 1.2%.

Two temperature control loops are connected in series to control the furnace chamber and molten aluminum, ensuring sufficient heating efficiency and preventing furnace chamber overtemperature.

There are multiple safety protections, such as molten aluminum overtemperature alarm, furnace chamber overtemperature alarm, and crucible liquid leakage alarm.


The imported alloy material is used for the electrical heating elements, with a service life exceeding one year.

The insulating layer is constructed using nano insulation board, resulting in less heat accumulations in the furnace body.
