Product Introduction
 
The aluminum alloy heat treatment furnace can be used for aging treatment of aluminum alloys and
low-temperature tempering treatment of other metal parts.

Regarding the heat treatment of aluminum alloy castings, a heat treatment specification is chosen to
control the rate of heating to rise to a corresponding temperature for cooling at a certain speed
after holding at a constant temperature for a period of time to change its alloy structure. The main purpose is to
improve the mechanical properties of the alloy, enhance the corrosion resistance, improve the
machining performance and realize the size stability.

The aluminum alloy casting T6 heat treatment is generally divided into two stages - solid solution
treatment (quenching) and aging treatment.

Solid solution treatment: Refer to the heat treatment process of aluminum alloy castings.
heated to a certain temperature, and then kept at a constant temperature for a period of time to
ensure that the excess phase is sufficiently dissolved into the solid solution for rapid cooling to obtain
the supersaturated solid solution, improve the mechanical property and enhance the corrosion
resistance.
 
The aluminum alloy solid solution (quenching) furnace is mainly used for rapid solid solution
quenching treatment of various aluminum alloy standard parts of the aluminum casting. The
aluminum alloy solid solution glowing furnace is mainly constituted by the heating furnace body,
vertical support, lifting mechanism, charging carriage, mobile quenching tank, quenching rack
and temperature control. At the end of the constant temperature period, the quenching of the
workpiece can be completed within 10s.

1) Furnace body; Tubular type (customizable) achieves wind circulation without dead angles and
improves the uniformity of temperature.

2) Furnace lining; it consists of two parts, and the furnace body is of composite structure consisting
of ultra-lightweight energy-saving brick and aluminum silicate fiberboard. The furnace top part is
of mobile type, the high-quality aluminum silicate punched felt is used as the thermal insulation
material, and the structure is designed reasonably, with features such as good thermal insulation
properties, low furnace wall temperature rise and energy saving and consumption reduction.

3) Circulating device; This ensures temperature homogeneity within the furnace to meet the
quenching process requirement. A strong centrifugal fan is set on the top of the furnace body, and
the centrifugal fan can effectively circulate the hot air under the action of the diversion system in the
furnace.
